Dear Queen,

Welcome to the Lady. Ann platform, I am so happy to have you here. My name is Ann, a Certified Relationship and Marriage Coach from Reston, Virginia. Most importantly, I would love to be your girl friend/accountability partner/hype 'man'. I am here to help you have amazing relationships, first with yourself, your friends, your co-workers and with your significant other. 

Being a Woman, a Queen, isn't the easiest job on planet earth. We have so much to figure out, from finding our purpose, to having and maintaining a healthy relationship/marriage. I believe a woman can have it all, but I also know it can be difficult navigating through the different curve balls life throws at us as we journey into having it all; mostly if you have to do it all by yourself.

Have you ever wished you had someone who wouldn't just listen to you, but also guide you through the different curve balls? I have been there before and it made me understand the power of genuine friendship.

After over 5 years of being a coach and mentor for so many women, I know that it is a global need and we would all be way better if we only had someone who helped us avoid further heartbreaks.

Your relationship with your friends: As women, we are exposed to the lies that women can't be friends without gossips, envy, betrayals, and all sorts. You might have had bad experiences in your relationships with your friends, but I can help you make better decisions in choosing the right friends and also maintaining a toxic-free relationship.
